Housing Details

Students registered for CONJ 673 Boise Chronic Care Geriatrics at the VAMC who need housing will be provided with a single private room, no family housing available. Rooms are dormitory style on the VA grounds; no pets allowed. Each student has an individual room with a twin bed, drawer chest, nightstand and a study unit with shelves. Access is by double key, one to the external doors and then one for each room. All linens and towels are provided but you may choose to bring your own sheets and blanket if you prefer. Males and females have separate restroom/shower facilities. There is one shared telephone out in the hall (long distance phone calls not possible without calling card).

Laundry Room – Washer & Dryer in a separate room of the building. New Kitchen with Stove, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Refrigerator, built in Microwave and cabinetry. Dishes, cookware and utensils also provided. NEW TV with DVD player, Cable service and wireless internet provided. Local grocery co-op 3 blocks away. Building is within walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants.

Please note that there will be no exceptions made to the above housing arrangements. If you have any problems with these arrangements, please contact the Academic Affairs Office.
